Day 38 - Seed bread for breakfast


This is my seed bread. I have tweaked the recipe a bit. It originally had half wholemeal flour and half bakers flour, with a bit of rye flour - well I got rid of the wholemeal flour as it seemed too heavy. The rye flour is good. I also add lots of sun flower seeds, chia seeds, linseeds, poppy seeds and sesame seeds. I confess I feel a bit healthy when I eat it!
