Day 21 - Pantry Surprise

Morry is home - YIPPEE


No recipe tonight, rather we had to use up a heap of things in the fridge. My idea was BBQ'd lamb fillet with slow roasted tomato, and a green salad using the left over asparagus etc. Morry misheard and prepared this....


Entree
Blanched asparagus and green beans on a bed of mizuna, toasted walnuts and topped with goats cheese and a vinagarette.


Main
Slow roasted tomatoes, with whole garlic cloves, pan fried then roasted, olives, boiled then roasted, spring onions and taragon, served with BBQ lamb fillet and a glass of wine.

Sometimes I love it when Morry doesnt listen properly!
