Day 16 - Mussels


Valli Little's Mussel recipe from her cookbook Faking It was great. The photo doesnt show the rich tomato and chorizo broth but it was really very tasty. The smoky chorizo went very well with the mussels. White wine for me and a glass of red for Morry. It was the perfect night for sitting on the deck.
