We only ever eat the same meal once - no favourites, no repetition. A different dinner every night. I have been choosing new recipes every day for about 7 years. As a kid, Thursdays were grill night, Sundays chicken night etc. But not for us! So each day I will post what we ate. I wonder if I can go for a year with out repeating a meal? I'm also going to post our great breakfasts, we do repeat breakfast - its too hard not to! But they are always fabulous.

Day 24 - Morry's no carb curry
This is Morrys red curry pantry surprise recipe - out of his head! Pantry surprise here just means that there is no planning involved, we just use up what ever is in the house. My only claim to fame with Pantry Surprise nights is that you need a fabulously stocked pantry to produce stuff that looks and tastes as good as this.
So tonight, using my home made red curry paste (because home made always tastes better than bought - always!), Morry made a red curry sauce. He BBQ's some sweet potato and sirloin steak which makes the bed, then he added steamed brocollini and the curry sauce, and topped it off with cherry tomato. The tomato was a stroke of genius, it really lifted the flavours. Superb dinner!
... makes me want to throw out our recipe books - or publish our own. Id call it 'What Morry Made'
