Day 112 - Beef Larb


Morry Larb was magnificent.

Served with sticky jasmin rice, this dish was the best ever! Morry marinated the beef mince in fish sauce and lime juice then wok fried, add all the green stuff - spring onions & mint. Crumble over cashews and serve on lettuce greens. In our case left over rocket.
