Day 123 - cajun swordfish


Charlie is at Nursery School just around the corner from gulf seafood - oh joy!

These swordfish steaks were cut fresh, cost a fortune and were totally magnificent.

Morry made a cajun spice mix and then BBQd them. Served with a simple salad and lime wedges. Oh and of course some white wine! It was a hot night, this was perfect.
