OK, this is a personal favourite and we do normally have it a few times a year.
Brown rice has a fabulous texture and and flavour. Its nutty and you actually have to chew it!
Steam the rice. In a saucepan, fry red capsicum, button mushrooms and lots of spring onion in the oil from a tin of tuna. Add the cooked rice and the tuna and some steamed snow peas.
I cannot convey how delightful this dish is. It is healthy, filling and best of all, totally divine. moorish. yummy.
